Prior to the start of cleaning, a team member will walk the job site 24-48 hours before the Phase 1 Clean to inspect the property and devise a day-of action plan.

This phase will tackle the bulk of the interior. Full day of service.

• Remove all decals, labels from doors, glass, windows, appliances, etc.

• Gather all appliance manuals and place in a designated location

• Remove debris in the attic area, vacuum drain pans and decking, and organize any leftover material to be stored in this area—tile, flooring, grout, paint cans, etc.

• Sweep and vacuum all floors, including the garage

• Vacuum inside all cabinetry and wipe down both the interior and exterior surfaces

• Dust and wipe all walls, baseboards, molding, doors, door trim, window trim, windowsills, rails, fixtures, etc.

• Vacuum, dust, and wipe all air vents

• Wipe all interior windows

• Thoroughly clean all bathrooms—sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, fixtures, wall tile, and floors

• Thoroughly clean the kitchen, including the interior and exterior of appliances

• Wipe all countertops

• Mop all hard surface flooring

This phase will occur one to two weeks following the Phase 1 Clean. Half to full day of service.

• All areas will be touched-up and dusted and floors will be vacuumed or cleaned as needed to create a “move-in” or “ready-to-show” appearance.

A team member will perform a walk-through of the property with the superintendent or GC for a quality control check.
