Kelsey is a licensed insurance agent with a background in market research and brand strategy. She has a B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School and an M.A. in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin. Before pursuing real estate development, she spent nearly a decade at prominent advertising and marketing firms.

Over the last ten years, she has worked with her family, operating Gledhill Construction—a general contracting firm specializing in commercial and industrial construction. There, Kelsey oversees the project life cycle from start to completion, supervising site work, assisting in the zoning and permitting process, coordinating with subcontractors, creating and analyzing project budgets, conducting regular site walks with superintendents and clients, and working closely with trades and vendors.

In addition to commercial construction, she has over six years of residential construction and development experience in Houston, working with a select group of homebuilders developing urban infill lots across the City. From 2019 to 2024, Kelsey assisted in delivering over 50 thousand square feet of ground-up residential development, totaling over $5 million in real estate asset value. Moreover, from 2021 to 2023, she managed two new construction projects and one rehab project in Walker County, with a combined value of $1.5 million.
Beyond construction and development, Kelsey operates her 5-star short-term rental property, providing superior accommodations for traveling professionals and tourists alike.
